The source of play
Credit Spring
Brooktrail runs on a single spring of virtual credits — free, shared across both games, and worth exactly nothing in the real world. Here's how it flows.
1,000 to start
Confirm you're 18+ and your visit opens with 1,000 free credits. No form, no card, no wait.
Free top-ups
Below 100, a top-up refills you to 1,000; otherwise it adds 500. It's always free.
No value
Credits can't be bought, cashed out, traded or redeemed. They only run the games.
Where the balance lives
Your balance sits in your browser's session storage under one key and follows you across the trail during a visit — Cascade Falls and Aurora Drop read the same number. Close the tab and it resets to 1,000 next time. Nothing is stored against your name, because there's no account to attach it to.
Why there's no real money
Brooktrail is a social casino, so the point is the play, not a payout. Credits carry no value, which means there's no deposit, no withdrawal and no prize. That's the design, not a limitation added on top — remove the money and what's left is the enjoyable part.
How credits move
In Cascade Falls, each spin deducts your stake and cluster wins (boosted by the chain multiplier) add credits back. In Aurora Drop, your stake rides on the bead and the bin it lands in sets the return. All virtual, rising and falling just for fun.
