These terms set out the simple rules for using Brooktrail. By entering the site and playing, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

1. Eligibility (18+)
Brooktrail is for adults aged 18 or older, and only where using a social casino is lawful for you. By entering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Virtual credits have no value
All play uses virtual credits provided free of charge. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, withdrawn, transferred or redeemed, and are not winnings of any kind. They exist solely to operate the games.
3. Entertainment, not gambling
Brooktrail is a social casino for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling, betting or prizes, and no outcome on the site has financial value. Playing here does not involve risking or winning money.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to break, overload or reverse-engineer it; no automated or fraudulent access; no using it for unlawful purposes; and no interfering with other people's enjoyment of it.
5. Service "as is"
Brooktrail is provided as is and as available. We aim for a smooth, enjoyable experience but don't guarantee the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, pause or withdraw features at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The Brooktrail name, design, text and game code are owned by Brooktrail or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brooktrail is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Because no real money or prizes are involved, you cannot suffer financial loss of credits through play.
